Terms and conditions
1. Offers and offer knowledgeability
Our offers are based on the data we obtain from the owner of the property or his representative, in writen or verbal form. We keep in mind that there is a possibility of diference in description and photos.
2. Implementation of the provision claim
The agency is to be paid the provision immediately (or within 8 days at latest) after the conclusion of the legal business mediated by the agency. The provision also includes the usual mediation expenses, except in specific cases where those were specially agreed upon.
3. The amount of provision
The following percentages are paid as the mediation provision, VAT not included.
3.1. Rental
The provision charged for the rental contract is 100% of the monthly rental fee.
3.2. Selling
For the mediation service provided both in selling or purchasing the agency will charge an equal commission from the buyer and the seller, amounting 2% of the agreed purchase price of the property from each side involved in the transaction. That means the 2% fee will represent half of the total commission.
3.3. Mediation hourly wages
The amount of the mediation hourly wages with all the expenses included (time spent and other expenses due to the mediation) is 350,00 kn per hour.
